Whiteboard CRM and the URLA / MISMO 3.4 Update
As of March 1, 2021, all new loan applications submitted through your LOS are required to use the redesigned 1003 “Uniform Residential Loan Application” (URLA) form. This redesigned form accompanies an update to classic 3.2 flat “FNM” files, which, at some point, are changing to MISMO 3.4 format “XML” files.
We are aware of this industry-wide change and we’re working to support the new format as an import option.
Three important things you need to know:
1.) Whiteboard’s automated integrations with Calyx and Encompass are unaffected by the change.
2.) You still have the option to export new loans from your LOS as classic 3.2 files for drag and drop import.
3.) We will continue to support classic 3.2 (FNM) file imports for the foreseeable future.
