LendingQB (Loansoft) FNM 3.2 Export

 

The steps provided below are to assist users in exporting their data from LendingQB in FNM 3.2 file format.

NOTE: We do not own or support LendingQB or its other products. The steps provided below are for reference only. Whiteboard cannot be held responsible for any undesired results or mishaps that may occur. Any permission related errors you encounter while following these instructions cannot be remedied by Whiteboard or its personnel.

  • From your Desktop, launch LendingQB
  • Open the loan file you would like to export.
  • From the menu bar, select “File”, then select “Import/Export”.
  • From the menu, select “Export FNMA 3.2”.
  • Note: If the FNMA 3.2 selection is not available to you, you need to change your software configuration. Contact your LendingQB administrator or support representative.
  • Select “next”.
  • Make a note of the file number and location.
  • Select “next” for another loan or Close if finished.
  • Your client’s FNM file has now been saved to your desired location and is ready for import to Whiteboard. To learn more, click here.
