Templates

Templates are the actual content sent out by Whiteboard. There are two types of Templates; Content Templates and Skin Templates.

Content Templates are the “body” of what you send out – they’re the main verbiage of emails and letters. Skin Templates allow you to “wrap” content in them. You would place your office logo and team’s esignature in a Skin template, for example, so you could apply it to every piece of Content going out of the system without having to manually add them to each individual Content Template.
